Why CEnT‑S Matters

  • The CEnT-S exam is conducted in four macro-periods: Nov–Jan, Feb–Mar, Apr–Jun, and Sep–Oct.

  • Scores are calculated as +1 for correct, 0 for unanswered, and –0.25 for incorrect answers.

  • At the end of each macro-period, scores are statistically normalized to ensure fairness across sessions.

  • Each section has a fixed time limit, and candidates must use at least 50% of the allotted time before moving to the next section.

  • The test is held only in the afternoon, starting at 2:30 PM (Italian time); access details are shared after booking.
